The sixth step in the step in the setup wizard enables you to configure built-in invitation automation

Using the Configure Automation button you can access the built-in invitation automation wizard

Trustpilot Invitation Automation Wizard

This simple to use wizard allows you to easily configure and enable the automatic creation of invitations from key standard Salesforce objects.

For each object, you are able to set the recipient you want to receive the invitation, a number of days you want to defer the sending the invitation, and on what status the object needs to be in when the invitation is generated

Opportunity Automation

Automate when invitations are sent based on Opportunities in your Salesforce org.

Select the recipient you want to receive the invitation, then the number of days you want to defer the sending the invitation for after the Opportunity changes into the selected stage

Once configured, then switch on the automation using the toggle option at the far right-hand side

Recipients are based on the Opportunity Contact Roles configured in your Salesforce org

Order Automation

Automate when invitations are sent based on Orders in your Salesforce org.

Select the recipient you want to receive the invitation, then the number of days you want to defer the sending the invitation for after the Order changes into the selected status

Once configured, then switch on the automation using the toggle option at the far right-hand side

Recipients are based on the standard Order fields:

  • Bill To Contact

  • Customer Authorized By

  • Ship To Contact

Case Automation

Automate when invitations are sent based on Cases in your Salesforce org.

Select the recipient you want to receive the invitation, then the number of days you want to defer the sending the invitation for after the Case changes into the selected status

Once configured, then switch on the automation using the toggle option at the far right-hand side

Recipients are based on the standard Case fields:

  • Contact

  • Web Email
