How to set the default settings
The fifth step in the setup wizard is to configure the default settings for the Trustpilot Connector app.
Reply-To Email Address
The email address used as the reply-to address for invitation generated by the app
This email address must be set up in your Trustpilot account
Sender Name
The name of the person/company/team the invitation email will look like its come from when it arrives in your customer's inbox, for invitations generated by the app.
Sender Emails
The email address the invitation email will look like it comes from when it arrives in your customer's inbox, for invitations generated by the app.
This email address must be set up in your Trustpilot account
Redirect URL
The website URL you want the user to be redirected to after they finish writing a review
Locale
The locale of invitation generated by the app. This defaults to the locale of the user completing the setup wizard.
Trustpilot Product SKU Field Mapping
If you use Trustpilot for product reviews as well as service reviews, then it's important to correctly configure which unique product identifier you are using, this is used to link your reviews to your products in Salesforce.
Existing Trustpilot Customers
If you already have product reviews, then you will have been setting a product identifier when generating your product review invitations, it's critical the same product identifier is selected to ensure your product reviews are linked to your Salesforce products when your historic reviews are imported
Product Code
This is the standard Salesforce Product Code field
Product SKU
This is the standard Salesforce Product SKU field
Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)
This is a custom field on the standard Salesforce Product object
