How to install the Trustpilot Connector for Salesforce app

Get the App from the Salesforce AppExchange

To install the Trustpilot Connector into your Salesforce org, you will need to visit the Salesforce AppExchange and install the app either into your sandbox or production org.

Upgrade your Trustpilot account

To enable the Trustpilot Connector for Salesforce to connect to your Trustpilot account you need to upgrade your Trustpilot account to include the 'Integrate' module.

Buy a license for the App

Once the app is successfully installed into your org, you will need to contact Gazela to purchase a license before the app will start to synchronise your reviews or allow you to automatically create invitations.

Provide credentials for the App to connect to your Salesforce Org

To enable the Trustpilot Connector App to synchronise your reviews and invitations between Trustpilot and Salesforce, the App needs credentials to access your Salesforce org.

Please provide the implementation team with the details for your integration user:

• Username

• Password

• Security Token
