What is Salesforce Security Token?

Your Salesforce security token is a case-sensitive alphanumeric key that is used in combination with a password to access Salesforce via API.

Where do I find my Salesforce Security Token?

From your avatar in the top right, please go to:

Settings > Reset My Security Token

Then click Reset Security Token and the new security token is sent to the email address.

A new security token is also issued via emailed to you when you reset your password

I cannot see the Trustpilot Connector App in the App Launcher?

Sometimes the App will not be visible if your org uses custom System Administrator profiles rather than the standard System Administrator profile.

To access the App, please go to:

Setup > Users > Permission Sets

Then open the custom permission set called:

Trustpilot: Power User

Then use Manage Assignment to add yourself to the permission set.
