How to configure the custom product fields

To add the custom fields to the standard Salesforce Product layout go to:

Setup > Object Manager > Product > Page Layouts

Then select the layout you are actively using or want the fields added to and drag the fields from the panel at the top and place then in a suitable location

It might be worth creating a section called Trustpilot and grouping all the fields together
