Setup Wizard

Prerequisites

Before the Trustpilot Connector for Salesforce can be fully set up, these steps need to have been completed:

1. Install the Trustpilot Connector App from the Salesforce AppExchange
2. Upgrade your Trustpilot account
3. Buy a license for the Trustpilot Connector App
4. Provide credentials for the App to connect to your Salesforce org

Access the Trustpilot Connector App

To access the Trustpilot Connector for Salesforce App, please go to:

App Launcher > Trustpilot

Once you arrive in the App you should receive a welcome message, please use the Let's get started button to navigate to the setup wizard.

The setup wizard will guide you through a series of easy steps to configure the App and start the first full synchronisation of your reviews.

1. Setup Users
2. Authorisation
3. Business Units
4. Set Default Business Unit
5. Default Settings
6. Configure Automation
7. Synchronisation Mode
8. Sync Now

Configuring the User Interface

Once the Trustpilot Connector is all set up, you should configure the custom Lightning Record Pages for the Invitation and Review pages, to ensure you get the best user experience:
