How to configure the synchronisation mode

The seventh step in the setup wizard is to configure the apps synchronisation mode

Synchronisation Modes

Realtime

This option enables the app to receive reviews in realtime from the Trustpilot, and a nightly full synchronisation of all reviews, comments, likes, and invitations which might be created by other systems

Warning

This requires your Trustpilot account has the Webhooks features available

Scheduled

This option enables the app to synchronise reviews on a regular schedule. There are 4 options available:

• 1 hour
• 3 hours
• 12 hours
• 24 hours

Info

1, 2, and 12 will only fetch information for that period of time, it does not do a full sync

Turn on synchronisation

Remember to switch on the synchronisation once you have decided which mode to use.
